90-95 days. Non-GMO. Heirloom. Laurentian Rutabaga produce deep purple and creamy yellow rutabagas weighing up to 1 lb. The smooth, uniform roots are typically between 5" and 6". Sometimes called Swedes or Swedish turnips, rutabagas make delicious fall and winter soups and can be roasted or boiled and mashed. The cold crop is also sweet enough that it can be eaten fresh on salads.
