---Yellow Scotch Bonnet---
Is it Jamaica that made the Scotch Bonnet famous or was it the other way around? Regardless, this incredibly popular pepper is in high demand! It brings a spicy Caribbean kick to any dish and its vibrant color and unique shape make it visually appealing.
The Yellow Scotch Bonnet pepper plant can reach heights of 2-4 ft. and produces an abundant harvest of bonnet-shaped pods. These plants are also a great choice for container gardening. Yellow Scotch Bonnets are closely related to Habanero peppers, with their 2" pods sharing similar shapes and textures.
Adding this pepper to your collection will give you the opportunity to create a one-of-a-kind hot pepper powder or flakes. The flavors are unforgettable - smoky, fruity, and blazing hot! Don't miss out on getting your hands on some Yellow Scotch Bonnet pepper seeds!
----Jalapeno----
The Jalapeños, which are commonly known, have a medium level of spiciness, falling within the range of 2500 to 4500 Scoville units. These peppers are originally from Mexico and have a length of around 3½ inches. They usually require at least 80 days after being transplanted before they can be harvested. The color of Jalapeños changes as they mature from light green to dark green and eventually to bright red. The ones harvested at the final stage tend to have more sweetness compared to those picked earlier.
