Ghost Pepper- 

The ghost pepper fruit measures up to 8 cm (3 inches) long and has a gentle taper. It transitions from green to red as it ripens. The skin of the fruit has a wrinkled and pocked texture. Due to its incredibly strong spiciness, the ghost pepper is not commonly utilized in cooking, but it can be employed either fresh or dried and ground as a spice. Similar to other chili peppers, the ghost pepper obtains its fiery flavor from capsaicin and various other capsaicinoids.
