Black Beauty-

The Black Beauty variety of eggplant is ideal for eggplant parmesan or stuffed eggplant dishes. The Black Beauty reaches maturity in seventy four days and is suitable for grow zones five to twelve. This variety does best in moist soil and full sun. This seed variety is perfect for eggplant parmesan or stuffed eggplant dishes.



Petch Siam-

Solanum melongena 'Petch Siam'. Petch Siam Eggplant Seeds. Non-GMO, warm-season, annual, heirloom. This well-known and productive Matti Gulla variety is easy to grow. Matti is an Indian village famous for this type of eggplant. The small (2 inches in diameter), round, green eggplants have a dark green stripe and are very popular in Indian, Thai, and Vietnamese cuisines. Try growing these in containers with support as you would tomatoes. 



Casper White-

Casper (White) eggplants have a shiny exterior with white flesh and skin. Fruits grow to be 6-10 inches long and around 3 inch wide. This plant does best in cooler summer weather
