Non-GMO, Heirloom German Chamomile Herb. Matricaria chamomilla. German Chamomile plants originated from Western Asia and were later cultivated in Europe"where chamomile herbs have been used for a variety of benefits. As German Chamomile Herbs are more common to grow and reach 1-2" high, it shouldn't be confused with Roman Chamomile. This German Chamomile annual variety is drought-tolerant and contains a high amount of chamazulene, providing an extra sweet and floral scent.
