Medium-long, 7–8" roots are uniform, thick, slightly tapered, and blunt. Excellent eating quality both fresh and after long-term storage, with juicy texture and sweet, complex flavor. A great choice for fall and winter harvest. Tops are vigorous, fast, and healthy which makes for better field-holding ability and easier mechanical harvesting. Heavy Nantes type.

Tender Sweet-
70-75 days. Tendersweet carrot Seeds. Daucus carota subsp. sativus. Non-GMO. Heirloom. Aptly named Tendersweet for its tender 9-10" roots and its unmatched sugar content, next to sugar beet, Tendersweet carrot is truly one of the sweetest root vegetables in the garden. A century-old American heirloom, Tendersweet has served as the parent crop to countless of hybrids, boasting the same sweetness, just as delicious raw as when cooked. They are coreless and delicious, perfect for canning, juicing, or eating raw.

Sacrlet Nanes-
Scarlet Nantes carrot, Daucus carota subsp. sativus. Non-GMO. One of the most popular and widespread varieties of carrot ever, Scarlet Nantes has since been the original parent crop for countless of carrots now simply known as Nantes-style carrots. Scarlet Nantes is a hardy 19th century French heirloom grown for its classic 6" orange roots that have since become the staple of the gardening world. Scarlet Nantes is a carrot with bright orange, slightly tapered, 6 inch roots; crisp, tender and flavorful; standard for high quality carrots

Yellow Stone-
Deep yellow color, strong tops.
Yellowstone's 6–8" long roots are deeper in color than most other yellow carrot varieties. Nice, vigorous tops will compete with weeds. Compared to Yellowbunch, it is earlier and shorter with a slightly blunter tip. Pairs well with Purple Star and White Satin. Nantes x Imperator type.

Dragon -
Distinctive, deep magenta carrot.
Well-known for its beautiful magenta-purple skin and broad, Chantenay-type shoulders. Slicing reveals a surprise of orange or yellow interior, sometimes both. Very thin, smooth skin makes Dragon easier to wash and serve unpeeled than other purples. Roots hold well in the field. Tops are strong and vigorous in early growth to compete with weeds. Internal color will vary. Avg. 5–7" long. Originally bred by the late Dr. John Navazio. Kuroda x Chantenay type
